I'm offering free 60-Minute Marketing Strategy Calls
to women and other underrepresented founders.
Why AM I Doing This?
It's simple. All of my current clients are companies led by white cis men, and while I love working with them, the lack of diversity is, well, depressing. I want to help level the paying field for companies run by women and other underrepresented groups.
- Only 18% of all U.S. startups have a female founder. (source)
- Black women represent just 4% of women-led tech startups in the U.S. (source)
- Nearly half of female founder (48%) cite lack of mentors and advisors as holding them back. (source)
What year is this, anyway?
How CaN A Can Help?
I want to help move your growing company forward. Maybe you've been so focused on product development that your marketing is suffering. Maybe you're feeling less than confident in your current marketing strategy. Or, maybe if you're honest with yourself, your strategy just a list of channels and tactics.
In this one hour call, we'll make sure you’re on the right track before you invest too many resources or make that next hire. You can also get a teardown of your latest campaign, website or feature launch. We'll figure out exactly what your next move should be with a laser-focused strategy call.

TINY Pulse Startup Culture Report 2017
I'm a longtime advocate for women in tech, starting back in 2009 when I led a quickly growing community and frequent standing-room only events for women in tech. I've been on countless panels on the topic since then. You might call me a vet in marketing technology too, I've been bringing brands, products and campaigns of all sizes to digital life since 2002. I'm also a startup mentor and, until recently, was a VP at a Deloitte Fast 50 SaaS startup for 5 years.
I'm also a mother, and last year started Little Girl Fierce, a community of parents and friends dedicated to raising and inspiring the world's next generation of STEM leaders.
I need to see things change in the industry that I love. Yes, mentoring, organizing communities, events and being on panels and diversity boards helps, but my own business doesn't reflect the change I want to see, yet. So I'm giving what I can to help level the paying field and move a group of more divers founders of tech companies forward.
